· Project approval was not being received to advance projects, thus resulting in project failures.  I performed

PMO Assurance Signoff approval at key project stage gates for all projects.  Project failures declined

dramatically.

· Monitored 300+ projects and mentored and coached 50+ project managers.  I developed and fostered an

environment of trust between the PMO and the community of project managers.

· The process to move servers into production was ineffective. Process review uncovered areas requiring

improvements.  Re-engineered process to make improvements, leading to a reduction of implementation
